Louis Vuitton Hawaii International FIlm Festival 2008

I didn't know what to expect going into this movie, but I definately was not satisfied. It was simply too impossible and parents would never do something even remotely close to that. I don't care how rich you are or how many firms or businesses you own, billions of dollars are not just thrown around. I guess I just didn't get it because I never saw the series or animation episodes or whatever it was that lead up to this. It reminded me of the movie "The Game" but only with a "Saved by the Bell" cast.

This was a very positive story and an entertaining movie. A very good reminder of how hard it is to fit in and adapt to new environments. I liked that he was able to overcome the language barrier and make the best of it. I was left wondering what ever happened to Eli(I think that was the girls name).
